All Sales are Final:
- THEPARKS operates as a consignment store. Items offered are from independent consignors.
- Once an item is sold, the consignor receives payment immediately. This process prevents us from accepting order cancellations, exchanges, or returns.
- Refunds are processed only in cases of fulfillment errors or missing items.

Issue Reporting Window:
- Concerns or issues with your item(s) must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Order Cancellation Due to Error or Availability:
- If an item is sold out, incorrectly priced, or described incorrectly due to typographical errors or similar oversights, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
- Affected customers will be notified via email and offered:
- The corrected product at the right price or with accurate information.
- A suitable replacement.

Changes to Your Order:
- No changes or cancellations are possible once your order is placed.
- If you made an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at online@the-parks.com.au
- THEPARKS is not responsible for incorrect details entered, but we will assist as much as possible to resolve the issue if the order has already been shipped.
