Shipping Policy of THEPARKS
Payment and Shipping Addresses:
- We only accept orders paid by credit card when the billing and shipping addresses are the same.
- For orders paid via PayPal, we only ship to the confirmed PayPal address.
- Orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address if the payment method is neither Credit Card nor PayPal.
Processing and Shipping Times:
- In-Stock Products: Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day.
- Released Product Pre-Orders: We process orders within 1 business day and ship within the next 10-15 business days, unless specified otherwise.
- Unreleased Product Pre-Orders: Shipping dates vary. Typically, orders are shipped 10-15 business days after the product's official release date in Australia. In cases of cancellation or delay by the brand, TheParks is not responsible, but full refunds are available upon request.
Pre-Order Specifics:
- We cannot guarantee specific shipment dates for pre-orders.
- Delays beyond 3 weeks may occur due to external factors (e.g., customs delays). In such cases, we offer full refunds upon request if the pre-order does not arrive within the expected time frame.
Delivery Times:
- Domestic Orders: 1-7 business days post-shipment.
- International Orders: 2-10 business days post-shipment, subject to shipping service and location. Note: COVID-19 may impact shipping times.
Shipping Methods:
- Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel.
- Signature is required on delivery for all orders.
- Default shipping insurance covers orders up to $5000 AUD.
- For orders over $5000 AUD and international orders, contact us for insurance options. Insurance costs for these orders are the buyer's responsibility.
International Orders:
- Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes incurred after shipping.
- We strive to minimize extra costs but cannot guarantee against them.
- Returns, exchanges, or order cancellations due to refusal to pay taxes or fees are not accepted.
Damages and Delays:
- We will assist in communicating with courier companies for damages or losses during transit.
- THEPARKS is not responsible for these issues if the order was correctly packed and shipped to the provided address, as control is transferred to the courier once the parcel is picked up.
